Your wedding weekend is documented as a complete record, approached with intention from the very beginning. It starts with an engagement session, personalized styling guidance, and timeline planning so decisions are made early and the weekend unfolds with ease.
The evening before the wedding is preserved with the same care. Rehearsal dinners and welcome celebrations are photographed with attention to detail and atmosphere, including portraits in your evening look before guests arrive. Toasts, embraces, and the energy of the night are documented through both photography and content creation, forming a meaningful opening chapter.
On the wedding day, a full team is in place to document every part of the experience. From morning preparations through the celebration, the day is photographed with depth and clarity. 35mm film adds texture and character, while content creation captures movement and sound, expanding the record beyond still imagery. Together, these elements create a complete visual archive of the weekend.
Following the celebration, you receive a preview gallery within one week and your full online gallery within eight weeks. A handcrafted 12x12 signature album and a $500 fine art print credit allow you to begin transforming your images into lasting heirlooms.

Your wedding day is documented with intention and an editorial awareness for emotion. The experience begins well before the celebration, with an engagement session, personalized styling guidance, and a photography timeline designed in advance so the day moves with ease.
On the wedding day, up to ten hours of coverage allows the full story to be captured without rush. A second photographer, photography assistant, and content creator work together to record both still imagery and movement, preserving how the day looked and felt. 35mm film adds texture and character, while each image is created to remain elegant and lasting.
Following the wedding, a preview gallery is delivered within one week, with the full gallery available in eight weeks. A $250 fine art print credit is included, offering a starting point for turning your images into pieces meant to live in your home and family history.

If you’re planning a more intimate timeline or a shorter celebration where you want the heart of the day documented without full-day coverage, the Half Day Collection offers a thoughtful, streamlined experience. It preserves the most meaningful parts of your day with intention while giving you the space to shape the rest of your celebration exactly as you wish.
I HAVE NEVER PLANNED A WEDDING. HOW DO WE CREATE OUR TIMELINE?
Not to worry - I’m here to make sure your wedding photography experience is as seamless and stress-free as possible!
Two months before your wedding day, you’ll complete the wedding photography questionnaire. This questionnaire is crucial for knowing the timing, details, and family & wedding party formal groupings. After submission, we’ll schedule a Zoom call where we can go over any questions and talk about your final vision.
You deserve to be fully present with each other at your wedding, so if you haven’t already, I’d recommend hiring a wedding planner or day of coordinator to help your day go as smoothly as possible. Once you book, I’ll send you my list of recommended planners.
CAN WE SEE A GALLERY?
ABSOLUTELY! I encourage you to visit the my portfolio of full galleries so you get the best idea of the photographs you will receive.
There is a caveat that all wedding days are unique due to personal style, needs of the couple, hours of coverage booked & weather.
ARE THE COLLECTIONS CUSTOMIZABLE?
My collections are not fully customizable. The pricing remains the same and substitutions considered only in specific circumstances and are limited to a few select items.
You can always add additional coverage, if you’d like a more expansive experience.
This allows your experience to be simple, clear, and intentional.
DO YOU OFFER
PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes! To book your date, I require a signed contract and $1000 retainer.
The final payment of the remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.

This content is typically shared on social media or other digital platforms, offering a real-time, cinematic experience of the event.
ENGAGEMENT SESSION: A pre-wedding photo session that captures the couple’s love and connection in a relaxed, natural setting. While I strongly encourage doing an engagement session to help build our connection and deepen my understanding of your relationship, I understand that sometimes you may have already had photos taken or logistics may prevent it. In that case, I’m happy to exchange the session for a print credit, ensuring you still have a meaningful keepsake from your wedding journey.
FINE ART PRINTS: High-quality, professionally printed photographs that are crafted to preserve the true beauty and detail of the image. I only guarantee photos printed through my trusted lab, ensuring that each print meets my rigorous standards for color accuracy and visual impact. These fine art prints are available for purchase directly through your gallery, providing a seamless experience for you to order prints that beautifully capture your wedding memories. While you also have the option to download all images and print them wherever you choose, these trusted prints offer the best possible presentation of your moments.
FIRST LOOK: A special moment before the ceremony where the couple sees each other for the first time in their wedding attire, often in a private or intimate setting. This moment allows for a more relaxed atmosphere, giving you the opportunity to capture beautiful, emotional portraits before the ceremony, and complete most of your wedding party and family photos. If you'd like to attend cocktail hour and ensure you have plenty of time for these important photos, a first look is a great idea.
FULL GALLERY: The final collection of all the edited images from your wedding day, delivered through your personal online gallery. The turnaround time for the full gallery is typically 8-12 weeks, though I always work diligently to get your images to you as quickly as possible. This gallery provides you with high-resolution images that you can download, share, and print, preserving the memories of your wedding day for years to come.
PERSONAL ONLINE GALLERY: A personalized online space where you will receive both your preview and final gallery of wedding images. From this gallery, you can download all of your images in high resolution, perfect for sharing or printing. You can also share the gallery with family and friends, allowing them to view your photos and order prints if they'd like. This gallery does not expire, so you can access your photos at any time to relive your special day.
PHOTOGRAPHY ASSISTANT: A valuable team member who supports the photographer by handling logistics, setting up and breaking down equipment, managing lighting, and providing an extra set of hands and feet throughout the day. The photography assistant ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, allowing the photographer to focus on capturing the perfect moments while also contributing to the overall efficiency and flow of the event.
PRINT CREDIT: A credit available for you to shop your personal online gallery and order prints of your favorite images, ensuring that your photos make it into a tangible form. This credit can be applied directly to any print purchases, giving you the flexibility to select and showcase your wedding memories in the way that best fits your style. You also have the option to add additional print credits at half price when booking, allowing for more opportunities to preserve and display your photos.
PREVIEW: A curated collection of images from every part of your wedding day, delivered within one week of your wedding. The preview allows you to relive your day and get a glimpse of the moments captured, providing a beautiful sneak peek while you wait for the full gallery to be delivered. It’s the perfect way to revisit your celebration and share some of your favorite memories with family and friends in the days following your wedding.
RETAINER: The first payment made to secure your wedding date and officially book my services. The retainer is $1000.00 and is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot on my calendar. This payment is non-refundable and is applied toward the total cost of your wedding photography package.
REMAINING BALANCE: The amount due after the retainer has been paid, covering the remainder of your wedding photography package. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event to ensure all details are finalized before your wedding day.
SECOND LEAD PHOTOGRAPHER: An experienced photographer who plays a key role in capturing the wedding day, working alongside the primary photographer to ensure that no moment is missed. The second lead photographer is capable of photographing a wedding day entirely on their own, should the need arise. This person is carefully vetted to align with my photography style, preferences, and personality, ensuring consistency in the images captured and a seamless experience for the couple. Having a second lead photographer on the team allows for more comprehensive coverage, offering different angles and perspectives throughout the day.
SIGNATURE ALBUM: A beautifully simple, high-quality wedding album designed to showcase your most treasured moments. The Signature Album features a one-piece wraparound cover design and includes 20 spreads with about 50 images, photographic paper, and a variety of page and cover options, all included in the price. There is also the option to add more spreads to accommodate additional images. Choose from multiple sizes and optional upgrades to create a customized album that reflects your style. This album is the ultimate keepsake for every couple, designed to become a timeless family heirloom that tells the story of your wedding day for generations to come.
UP TO: This phrase indicates the maximum amount of coverage included in your collection. For example, “up to 10 hours” means your photography coverage can last any duration up to 10 consecutive hours with a minium of 8 hours. You may use fewer hours as needed, but additional time beyond the included amount would require added coverage.
